adequate but needing improvements
noisy air conditioning insufficient sockets
my stay presented some issues. the air conditioning was quite noisy and not effective at cooling the entire room. this made sleeping uncomfortable. housekeeping did not service the room during my entire stay. i also found the lack of bedside sockets inconvenient for charging my devices.

room size practical kitchenette eye masks missing views inadequate curtains aircon sounds
I find great joy that the room had a large size. I also appreciated its kitchenette and lounge area, so practical for longer stays.
The city views, that I paid extra for, was not there. The curtains did not close properly so we are up when the sun came up, because the room was so light. I struggle to sleep because of the aircon sounds, a painful experience.

My room had adequate space. a bathroom I liked. Quick elevators and helpful reception addressed my queries fast. A simple cooking area offered all I needed. it was very clean. Checking in and out required little time and was straightforward.
The AC unit made some noise during the night.

location is a big plus for me, so near to restaurants plus shops. staff are helpful even when very busy. my room had great amenities and also a perfect inner city location. i recommend this hotel.
air conditioner was hard for me to regulate, also its was little loud during the night.
