my stay presented some issues. the air conditioning was quite noisy and not effective at cooling the entire room. this made sleeping uncomfortable. housekeeping did not service the room during my entire stay. i also found the lack of bedside sockets inconvenient for charging my devices.

I find great joy that the room had a large size. I also appreciated its kitchenette and lounge area, so practical for longer stays.
The city views, that I paid extra for, was not there. The curtains did not close properly so we are up when the sun came up, because the room was so light. I struggle to sleep because of the aircon sounds, a painful experience.

I found the location to be good. It was in the city centre. The staff were helpful with directions. The room was clean and tidy. It had all facilities needed.
The city views, what I paid extra for, were not there. The curtains did not close properly. The room was too light when the sun came up. I struggled to sleep because of the air conditioning unit noise. It was very loud.
